Gluup operates https://gluup.ai. Contact: info@gluup.ai. Use your own account and accurate profile and payment details. Do not automate viewing, manipulate progress or obtain duplicate rewards.

Educational content can contain errors and does not replace professional advice. Report problems to info@gluup.ai. Gluup may investigate suspected abuse and restrict fraudulent activity. Contact us to request a review or account closure.

Features and available rewards can change. The conditions shown before a redemption request determine that request. Changes to these policies require renewed acceptance.

Privacy notice

Gluup uses account identifiers, profile preferences, country, age band, viewing progress, quiz answers and points history to provide the service, record learning and prevent abuse. Authentication is handled by Microsoft Entra and your chosen sign-in provider.

For rewards, we process your payment destination, amount, currency and transaction status. Payment destinations are encrypted in storage and sent to your chosen payment provider to fulfil your request. Service data is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Google receives advertising data under the applicable consent settings.

Service and payment processing support your use of Gluup; advertising uses separate choices. Refusing advertising does not prevent learning or earning viewing points. Change advertising preferences in your profile. Google consent choices are managed separately in its privacy message.

Contact info@gluup.ai for access, correction, deletion, portability or objections concerning your data. Records needed to fulfil requests, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or meet legal obligations may need to be retained after account closure. You may also contact your data protection authority.

Rewards and PayPal payments

Beginner viewing earns a cumulative 0.25 point below half of a video, 0.5 from half, or 1 point on completion, subject to server verification and the per-content limit. These amounts are not added together. Advertising views and clicks never earn points.

Points are not money in a bank account. Only rewards available in your country can be requested. The catalog and confirmation screen show the exact points cost, amount, currency and provider. No payment is promised for an unavailable reward.

Cash rewards require an eligible adult account, sufficient verified available points, identity verification and anti-fraud checks. Use a PayPal account you own and check its email before submitting. PayPal Payouts must be enabled for Gluup before PayPal rewards are available.

A request can require review. Points may be reserved during processing and are debited only after confirmed payment. Failed or cancelled payouts release the reservation; returned payments are reconciled. Do not submit a duplicate request while payment is pending. Contact info@gluup.ai with the request reference.

Provider availability, receiving restrictions and currency conversion depend on your PayPal account and PayPal terms. You are responsible for taxes applicable to your rewards. Gluup never asks for your PayPal password.
